Cancellation Policy
A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Failure to provide notice, or a no-show, will result in the full treatment fee being charged.
However, if we are able to fill the appointment slot, no charge will be made. We will make every effort to fill the spot in such cases.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. Your consideration helps us accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an opening.
